- I am comfortable with cash-pay; I understand Vine & Branch is out-of-network and does not accept insurance.
- I am not currently in acute psychiatric crisis. (If you are, please call or text 988, or visit an emergency room.)
- I am not seeking controlled substances such as stimulants, benzodiazepines, opioids, or sleep medications.
- I am a woman comfortable in a women-focused practice.

What happens next
Your inquiry will arrive in Dr. McLaughlin's inbox. She reads each one personally. Within two business days, she will respond — either with an invitation to a complimentary twenty-minute phone consultation, or with a brief note about current capacity. If we are not the right fit, she will say so honestly and may suggest other paths. Your inquiry is treated with discretion.
