A psychiatrist your clients can actually get in to see.
Vine & Branch is a small integrative psychiatric practice for women in Middle Tennessee, founded by Dr. Sarah McLaughlin, a board-certified psychiatrist.
The practice is deliberately small. That is the point. It means that when you call with a question about a shared patient, you reach the psychiatrist rather than a front desk.

What we treat
Perinatal and postpartum mood disorders · PMDD · perimenopausal mood symptoms · major depression · generalized anxiety · OCD · trauma-related conditions · adjustment disorders · insomnia, approached non-pharmacologically · SSRI and SNRI tapering and deprescribing.
What we do not treat
We do not manage active substance use disorders or acute psychiatric emergencies. Our clinical focus is calibrated to serve adult women. If a client falls outside this, we would rather say so quickly than hold them in limbo.

How referral works
Give your client the practice name and the inquiry link, or email us directly at info@vineandbranch.health with their permission.
Every prospective patient receives a complimentary fifteen-minute phone consultation before any money changes hands, so fit is established before commitment.
With written consent, Dr. McLaughlin coordinates directly with you throughout care. You will hear from her after the initial consultation.
iv.
What to tell your client
Vine & Branch is a cash-pay practice. The initial ninety-minute consultation is $900; follow-ups are $450 for forty-five minutes or $250 for a focused twenty-five-minute check-in. Superbills are provided for out-of-network reimbursement. All fees are published openly at vineandbranch.health/care.
Visits take place at the Brentwood office, by secure tele-visit anywhere in Tennessee, or, in limited circumstances, in the patient's home.
